Return/Cancellation Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Should your item arrive damaged, please contact us through the contact page or send an email to classicalclayco@gmail.com along with a photo of the damaged box/items.

Should your earrings or items break within one month of receiving your order, please contact us for a replacement of the exact same item or refund in the amount paid for the item only if the item can not be replaced, not including taxes or shipping. We do not offer replacements or refunds for anything after 30 days. 

We are unable to cancel orders once they are processed and/or shipped. Most items ship same or next day so please be mindful when placing orders. 

If you place multiple orders before your orders are shipped, email us and we will combine shipping and refund you the difference. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen products. 

If package is returned to sender due to incorrect package/address details, buyer is responsible to pay for reshipment. 

We do not cover international shipping customs fees. Any customs fees or VAT fees upon receiving your Classical Clay Co package are the buyers responsibility.

I offer free shipping on USA orders over $50. This discount will automatically be applied at checkout with no coded needed. 

Orders are shipped via USPS first class mail. Shipping prices are automatically calculated based off of package size and weight. During the holiday season, shipping prices will increase.
